David has years of experience, can see his way round most problems and is a gold mine of information. He can now be found in the workshop rather than behind a desk, turning his hand to wherever or whatever is needed – mast fitter, aluminium fabricator, rigger. |

Jim Haydon has been with Sailspar for 9 years. He is the mast fitter and he assembles masts, booms, catamaran kits, spinnaker poles etc. He is a very skilled and a very accurate craftsman. |

Sara Sadler has been with Sailspar since leaving school 22 years ago. She works part-time on the accounts and has the unenviable job of organising the buying and production for all the catamaran kits we do. |
