A Happy and Prosperous New Year to you!

Sailspar again made the decision not to attend the London Boat Show as we really could not justify the time and expense exhibiting incurs. Our order book does not seem to have been adversely affected by this and 2012 has started with several large orders being placed for a variety of products.

Now is the time to start considering what work needs to be carried out to get your yacht "ship-shape" for launching this Spring. With weather such as we are having today, that would appear to be coming sooner than later. We find that often work gets forgotten until the yacht is just about to go in the water and unfortunately this can only lead to disappointment. So our advice is to book work in early as lead-times can increase to 6 weeks in busy periods.
